What's built in

This site includes, among other things:

  • A skip-to-content link for keyboard and screen reader users
  • Descriptive alt text on images
  • Labeled, keyboard-accessible form fields
  • Color contrast checked against WCAG guidelines
  • A declared language attribute on every page

The standard I aim for

I aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines across this site. Accessibility isn't a one-time checklist — content, tools, and standards change, so this is ongoing work rather than a finished state.
